Three integrated program levels start on Tuesday's each January, May and September

The next Tuesday Run Club will meet at 6:00 pm every Tuesday night for 9 weeks (no clinic July 1st) at local parks for 8 workouts! Pre-Register your spot now!

Anyone with an interest in improving their fitness and learning more about the sport of fitness - walk to jog and/or running in a fun and social atmosphere is qualified to join. We offer three distinct program levels for everyone.

The Learn to Run, Run Easy/Run Stronger programs offers a safe and gradual introduction to improved fitness. Each session features the ‘Walk-Jog-Run’ technical progression, until you are finally running strong at a pace with comfort and flare!! Our program design is specifically developed to help you gain strength with a safe running technique. The PEN RUN "Learn-to-Run * Run Easy/Run Stronger" Club is fun & effective for all!

The Summer Trail 2025 program includes 8 Tuesday night workouts co-created by former Olympian LYNN KANUKA and guided by our team of experienced Run Leaders at PEN RUN's White Rock location - including Tracey, Carlye, Andrea, Rebecca, Russ, Ryan, Carly, Andrew, Ward & Laurie!

All participants will receive a 10% discount on all in-store purchases during the club and entry into the Fort Langley 5km Race on July 20!

The Pen Run Learn to Run Club provides you with a weekly training 'homework' schedule with tips to guide you through each week of the program. Experienced coaches/leaders and fantastic routes help inspire & improve your jog/run levels.
